Clinton E. "Sonnie" Vance, 77, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, July 9, at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa. He was born in West Haverstraw, N.Y., and moved to the area 32 years ago from Stony Point, N.Y.
Mr. Vance was the owner and operator of a horse riding stable. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include his wife, Louise; sons, Garry, Kevin and Wayne, all of Florida; daughters, Terry Pehush, of Florida, and Robin Dahl, of New York state; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Claudette Martini, 32, of Spring Hill, died Friday, July 11, at University Community Hospital in Tampa. She was born in Long Island, N.Y., and moved to the area 20 years ago from Eagle Bay, N.Y.
Ms. Martini was a homemaker, a graduate of Springstead High School and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
Survivors include her sons, Christopher and Marsellis Lett, both of Tampa; daughters, Adriena and Patricia Lett, both of Tampa; parents, Steven F. and Paula Martini, of Spring Hill; brothers, Christopher and Patrick, both of Spring Hill; and sister, Pamela Martini Guyette, of Spring Hill.

John F. Murphy, 74, of Ridge Manor, died Monday, July 7, at Hernando Hospice Care Center in Brooksville. He was born in Jersey City, N.J., and moved to the area seven years ago from Allendale, N.J.
Mr. Murphy owned an auto export business and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a Roman Catholic and served as past grand knight of the Carroll Council Knights of Columbus in Union City, N.J.
Survivors include his wife, Frances; brothers, Donald T., of Rutherford, N.J., and Gerard, of Jersey City; sisters, Jeanne, of Lake Mary, and Dorothy C. Holm, of Bushnell.

Elba Perez, 64, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, July 9, at Brooksville Regional Hospital. She was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the area seven years ago from the Bronx, N.Y.
Mrs. Perez was a homemaker and a Roman Catholic.
Survivors include her husband, Luis; father, Pedro Perez, of New York; sons, Luis and Christian, both of Spring Hill; daughters, Alba, of Spring Hill, and Sandra, of Orlando; brothers, Pedro, of New York, Edward, of Puerto Rico, and Nicholas, of New York; sister, Hermina, of New York; and 12 grandchildren.
