Police arrested a Brooksville man Sunday afternoon after he made crude gestures with a sex toy as a woman walked by his car with her 7-year-old daughter.
Police went to the Shop & Save Discount Beverages, 351 Ponce De Leon Blvd., after the woman called authorities. They talked with the suspect, David Lowe, as he sat in his car and he denied doing anything wrong.
Police searched his car and said they found the sex toy behind Lowe's seat. Lowe, 46, of 907 Keeling St., was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
