Police arrested a Brooksville man on Christmas Day and seized his cocaine.
Officers were called to Roos Pub to investigate a "suspicious" person who had walked off in the direction of Arnold Street. A responding officer saw someone who matched the description on Buena Vista Drive and pulled over to chat.
As the officer approached, Terrence C. Thomas, 33, of 19287 Barnett Road, reportedly dropped 5.1 grams of cocaine and a glass pipe onto the ground.
Thomas was charged with possession of cocaine and paraphernalia and violation of his probation.
