Brooksville Woman Dies In Traffic Crash
HOMOSSASSA SPRINGS - A Brooksville woman died Thursday night in a single-vehicle crash in Citrus County.
Susan Desiree Price, 53, was northbound on County Road 491, approaching the Cardinal Street intersection, when she failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, the Florida Highway Patrol reports.
Price's Jeep went off the road's shoulder, struck a fence, overturned and collided with a tree before coming to rest upright on the shoulder, the report states. Price, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene of the crash, troopers say.
