John W. Peel, 68, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Aug. 7, at the Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, N.Y. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y.
Mr. Peel was the owner of Peel A/C and Refrigeration, Lockport, N.Y., and Expert Mechanical, Florida, for 24 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah; four sons, John Peel of St. Louis, Mo., Joshua Peel of Tampa, Jacob Peel of New York, N.Y., and Shawn Peel of South Dakota; a sister, Nancy Edmister of Lockport; and two grandchildren.

Vincent E. Namaga, 63, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Aug. 15. He moved to this area 18 years ago from his native Bronx, N.Y.
Mr. Namaga was a retired dispatch manager for the sanitation department, a U.S. Air Force veteran and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include two sons, Nicholas Namaga of Spring Hill and Vincent Namaga of Boynton Beach; a daughter, Eva Namaga of Queens, New York; two brothers, Michael Namaga of West Palm Beach and Ricky Namaga of Catskill, N.Y.; a sister, Paulette Fuschello of Brewster, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.

Lora "Lori" Lee Johnson, 47, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Aug. 16, at Spring Hill Regional Hospital. She was born in Miami and moved to this area 10 years ago from Homosassa.
Ms. Johnson was a barmaid and a Baptist by faith.

Klaus D. Pfaadt, 65, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Aug. 14, at Heron Pointe Health & Rehab, Brooksville. He was born in Ettlingen, Germany, and moved to this area six years ago from St. Petersburg.
Mr. Pfaadt was a baker, a member of the Retail Bakers of America, past president of the Racine, Wisconsin Bakers Association, and a Lutheran by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; a brother, Wolfgang Pfaadt of Germany; a niece; and a nephew.

Kurt R. Gardner, 43, of Largo, formerly of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, in Spring Hill. He was born in Pompton Plains, N.J.
Mr. Gardner was a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, a member of the American Legion and Disabled Veterans Association, and was a Methodist by faith.
Survivors include his mother, Gertrude H. Gardner of Spring Hill; and two sisters, Heidi E. Wagner and Lisa R. Roberts of Spring Hill.

Ruth A. Lucier, 83, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Aug. 16, at Heather Hill Nursing Home, New Port Richey.
Mrs. Lucier was born in Putnam, Conn., and moved to this area 26 years ago from Worcester, Mass.

Mr. Ulm was a U.S. Army veteran, a Mason, and a member of All Faiths Church, Ridge Manor.

Richard K. "Dick" Hanville, 66, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Aug. 17, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. He was born in Norwalk, Ohio, and moved to this area 22 years ago from St. Petersburg.
Mr. Hanville retired as administrative services manager for the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Brooksville. He was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
There are no immediate survivors.
