Casting call to be held Saturday

Author Judith Vowels will present an adaptation from the "From The Law To Disorder" book series for "Invisible Bars." The casting call will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Holiday Inn Express, Inverness, 903 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy., Lecanto, 352-341-3515

The story line is about a young African American woman who protects the community from criminal offenders. She is confronted with a life and death situation at the office that results in the loss of her co-worker.

The casting call is for the lead actor - an African American female, with supporting roles for actors of various race and gender between the ages of 18-60. Interested individuals need to provide a photo (head shot) with brief biography and contact information. The photo does not need to be a professional head shot.
