The first annual Wildlife Survival Sanctuary "Ride for the Big Cats," will be held on Saturday, Nov. 21.
This is a 45-mile ride that starts and ends at Smokin Joe's Cigar Bar, 9786 Little Road, New Port Richey.
The event is rain or shine and registration begins at 9:30 to 11 a.m. with kickstands up at 11:15 a.m.
The rider fee is $15 and includes lunch. There will be a post-ride 50/50 drawing and auction (participants must be present to win).
Wildlife Survival Sanctuary was founded in May of 2000 and is located on 10 acres just north of Tampa in Spring Hill.
Wildlife Survival Sanctuary is operated by an all nonpaid volunteer staff and has no administrative cost, which ensures all donations go directly toward the cost of care for the animals. All donations are tax-deductible and the sanctuary depends on the public for support.
For more information, or are a company or individual who can sponsor or donate items to auction, call Steve at 727-992-5884 or Rebecca at 727-849-5402.
