Church Street Christmas, a Dade City tradition that began 31 years ago, will continue this year for three evenings beginning Monday, Dec. 21. "Church Street Christmas" will be held on Dec. 21-23 from 6 to 9 p.m. along historic Church Avenue in Dade City.
Visitors can stroll down the brick street taking in the sights and sounds of an old-fashioned, small-town Christmas. Musical entertainment will be featured in each block, with a variety of entertainment scheduled all three evenings.

Visitors to the event will enjoy beautifully decorated homes, hundreds of luminerias, strolling Dickens Carolers, choral groups and soloists, complimentary hot beverages, a live nativity scene and much more.
From 6 to 9 p.m. each evening the street will be blocked off between Eighth and 17th streets and Church Avenue becomes a pedestrian walkway so that people can view the sights from the sidewalks or from the road.
Giant Christmas cards sponsored by area businesses will be placed along the street for people to enjoy. This complimentary, noncommercial event is sponsored by the residents of Church Avenue, neighbors, friends and businesses in the community.
