BROOKSVILLE - Keane Chapman is the latest candidate to file for the 2010 school board election.
The Hernando County Supervisor of Elections Office reported late Thursday afternoon Chapman had entered the race.
The Spring Hill resident is running for the District 3 seat occupied by Dianne Bonfield.
Chapman, who lives in Spring Hill, joins Vi Coogler as the two candidates in that race. Bonfield has not yet filed.
Three are in the running for the District 5 seat - Incumbent Sandra Nicholson, former teacher Cynthia Moore and current Hernando High School teacher Michael Bainum.
The primaries will be held Aug. 24, 2010.
