Easy on the messenger

It is not pleasant being the bearer of bad tidings, but someone has to deliver the message, no matter how bad it is — even at the risk of being the poor messenger who is killed for delivering the message.

Obama received his education with money given to him from the Foreign Exchange Student Program funded under the Fullbright Scholarship Program, and he was enrolled as a foreign student.

At that time, he attended Occidental College in Indonesia. Obama found his way to Chicago where he received his indoctrination from the revolutionary organizations funded by George Soros. Soros, born in Hungary in Aug. 12, 1930, eventually settled in England and through some of his shady financial endeavors, he amassed a fortune of 1.1 billion dollars. He was known as "the man who broke the bank in England."

If that wasn't enough, he settled in the United States in 1956 to pursue more of his nefarious schemes. His goal was to break the back of the U.S. Government, and, so far, he and his followers seem to be succeeding all too well. One of the organizations he funded was The Apollo Alliance. They were allocated $25 billion dollars in government funds for allegedly cleaning up the environment.

Since they were affiliated with the Weathermen formed by Jeff Jones and Bill Ayers in 1969, their goal was to cause a series of violent riots in Chicago and they were responsible for multiple bombings including attacks against the U.S. Capital on March 1, 1971, the Pentagon in 1975, and bombing of the State Department building.

They certainly had a strange way of cleaning up the environment! Jeff Jones was wanted, in 1970, for his revolutionary tactics, but he went underground and was not heard from until recently. Remember when, amazingly, the Stimulus Package appeared shortly after Obama was in office? No one knew where it came from. It didn't come from Congress. They didn't even read it, yet they voted on it and passed it. Now, it was discovered that the Stimulus came from — are you ready — SURPRISE — it was already written by the Apollo Alliance. But the Constitution of the United States emphatically states, Article I, Section 1, "All legislative powers herein granted shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives." Legislative powers — that means law and proposed bills are under the jurisdiction of congress. So, if the present members of Congress neither wrote the bills nor read them, why did they vote for them?

So where did the interlopers come from to take over our republic? Actually, they had been planning it for years and now they got all their elements together and, with government funds and cronies placed in positions of authority, they finally got their engines started to run over "We the People."

So far, this is only a part of the message of bad news. There is still more bad news? Yep, unfortunately there is more so hold on, this is going to hurt. Starting in 2002, President George W. Bush implemented a tax cut that brought back our economy after 9/11 and that tax cut generated millions of jobs until last year. Now, Obama and the liberal forces have announced they want those tax cuts to expire. So what will the consequences be? This is really going to hurt!

$2.4 trillion dollars — the overall tax increase faced by American families, seniors, and businesses if current tax cuts expire.

$1,716 dollars — the average tax increase for 100 million Americans if the tax cuts expire.

$2,034 dollars — the average tax increase that will hit 17 million seniors if the tax cuts are allowed to expire.

$91 billion dollars — the cost of reinstating the death tax.

$17.2 million dollars — the amount spent in 2008 by congress on PORK projects that use taxpayer funds to reward special interest groups and pressure groups.

44 million married couples affected by the Marriage Penalty before it was reduced by George W. Bush. The new "czarists purveyors of change" are determined to reinstate the marriage penalty.

$1,480 dollars — the average cost for couples punished by the marriage penalty.

If you are not yet fatally wounded by the above, here is just one more blow. Small businesses employ 70 percent of the working population.

However, taxes and penalties on small businesses are so demanding that they are compelled to reduce their work force, or the worst scenario is that they go out of business. Does it seem logical that 70 percent of small businesses must support 30 percent of big businesses that failed because of their own ineptitude?

Just one final thing before the messenger is finally killed. Global Warming and Cap and Trade are fictitious farces. Global warming is caused by phases of the sun. We do not have the ability to hose down the sun even if we try to do it at night when it is cooler! Are we inundated with carbon emissions? Sure, as long as we have gas-guzzling vehicles and manufacturing plants spewing waste in the air and waterways. Can the government fix that? Fat chance! They can't even write or read their own bills!

Would Universal Health Care be successful under government control? They would be as successful as they are with everything else they managed! How can health care be approved? Very simple.

There are 305 health insurance companies in the country, but regulations impede people from health coverage from different states. Why? With a choice of 305 different options, competition and better services would automatically bring prices down. Also tort legislation against doctors should be eliminated or drastically reduced thereby eliminating the excessive amount of insurance that doctors have to pay for protection against so many lawsuits frivolous or otherwise.

Too bad we have to wait until 2010 to throw out the scoundrels in congress. Hopefully, the ones we toss out will be replaced by honest representatives, and hopefully, we will survive until 2010 unless the czars send us all to Siberia.

In the meantime, please — don't kill the messenger.
