SPRING HILL - The National Alliance on Mental Illness Hernando's monthly speaker meetings will resume the fourth Wednesday of every month at the Beautiful Mind Outreach Center, 10554 Spring Hill Drive.
All NAMI Hernando activities are free of charge and are open to members and to the public.
The next meeting will be on "Self Esteem and Positive Thinking" and will be presented at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28. The speaker will be Paula Cochran, who has been a case manager at Baycare - The Harbor Behavioral Health Care Center for the past eight years.
NAMI Hernando, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, has support groups for individuals living with a mental illness from 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Monday evening and every first, second and third Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m.
Support groups for family members are held every first, second and third Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m.
Educational speaker meetings are on the fourth Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m.
