Spring Hill - A man accused of peering over a dressing room wall and spying on a woman changing clothes inside the JCPenney was arrested Monday and charged with voyeurism, deputies said.
The Hernando County Sheriff's Office responded to the Walmart down the street for another call when they encountered the alleged victim, who told them about her encounter with the man at JCPenney, according to an arrest report.
The suspect, Kevin R. Winger, was located at the Walmart at 5181 Pepper St.
Winger, 29, told authorities he was trying on jeans earlier in the day at the JCPenney store and when he walked out of the dressing room, he was accosted by a woman, according to the report.
Eventually he admitted he peered into the woman's dressing room hoping to see her partially nude, deputies said.
