Another ridiculous accusation

Published: November 27, 2009

Obviously, Dallas Dunlap has come out from under his rock to harass people and sour milk whenever he appears.

Evidently, he is not a fan of Ginny Brown-Waite, but his admiration for Barney Frank is very evident. Since Dallas suggested that Ginny's record should be exposed, let's compare it to his hero Barney Frank.

The Massachusetts congressman was the same person who shared his Washingon apartment with his significant other, Steve Gobie. Gobie was on Barney's payroll though no one knew what his job was until it was revealed that Gobie was running a gay club at Frank's address. Surprise, surprise — Barney knew nothing about it!

Later on, when Barney Frank was ruining our economy with his participation in the Fannie/Freddie debacle, he established his gay relationship with Herb Moses of Fannie where Barney received amenities and enough donations to fill his coffers to buy future votes.

And when, not too long ago, when Barney went to visit another of his lovers, James Ready, the police went to the residence to investigate that marijuana was growing there. Barney was sitting on the porch and declared he knew nothing about this.

Now, since Ginny did none of these things that Dallas apparently will justify, she certainly should be investigated! Contrary to the ridiculous accusation that Ginny marched in lock step with the Bush administration, she was in total disagreement with President George W. and she told him, in no uncertain terms, that she did not agree with his proposal to allow four percent of Social Security pay deductions be given to employees so they could invest that money into the stock market. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but Ginny was right because, with the Obama administration, those investments would have been reduced to zero.

Dallas, Abe Lincoln once said, "it is better to close your mouth and be thought a fool rather than to open it and remove all doubts."

Take heed.
