BROOKSVILLE - Deputies arrived at a home Tuesday night and arrested a man wanted on charges of probation violation and domestic battery.
The Hernando County Sheriff's Office was called to 10047 Valley Road where they discovered Daniel Parish hiding in a bathroom shower, according to an arrest report.
Parish, 23, identified himself and deputies confirmed his identity through a database search, according to the sheriff's office.
He was taken into custody for violation of probation on a charge of no driver's license. While at the jail, he was served with another warrant for domestic battery in connection with an alleged attack on his live-in girlfriend nine days earlier, deputies said.
The victim also is the mother of his child, according to the arrest report.
Parish was being held Tuesday night at the jail with no bond.
