The banter between Dallas Dunlap and his detractors on political issues and policies of our country can run between amusing and down right nasty.
His latest tirade about Terry Lyon is a prime example of the later.
It seams people who actually get off there dead duff like the Tea Party Group that protested in Washington are classified as dangerous and their tactics might lead to right-wing violence.
If you follow Mr. Dunlop's editorial pieces in this venue, you know that every problem this country has is the fault of the Republican Party and all the ills are directly the responsibility of George Bush or someone in his administration.
This must be true because Mr. Dunlop on numerous occasions refers to his administration as a dictatorship because of the U.S. Patriot Act.
To give any credence to his statements, you have to believe the Democrats must have left town and turned the government over to the GOP.
We also have the right to bear arms without being called "drooling lunatics." I know, Mr. Dunlop, that in your perfect world we would all join hands pass the bong and sing "Kumbaya" but this world isn't perfect, and as long as there are Harrys and Nancys and Baracks leading us down the path to ruin, I'm going to keep that well-armed option to protect myself from the "drooling lunatics in Washington."
