BROOKSVILLE - The Clerk of the Circuit Court's office will provide passport information to U.S. citizens and will accept passport applications during Passport Fairs in Brooksville and Spring Hill from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.
The event will be held at the clerk's recording division, 161 E. Jefferson Street in Brooksville, and at the Spring Hill Branch Library, 9220 Spring Hill Drive, in Spring Hill.
On June 1, people must present a passport book, passport card or other travel documents approved by the U.S. government to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda at land borders and sea ports of entry.
Information on the cost and how to apply for a passport book and/or passport card and application forms are available at www.travel.state.gov.
U.S. citizens may also obtain passport information by phone, in English and Spanish, by calling the National Passport Information Center toll free at 1-877-487-2778.
