HCA at Springstead Springstead (5-13) def. HCA (14-5), 5-4.
HCA – Madison Manuel, Heidi Ripley, Jackie Butler two hits apiece;
M. Manuel two RBI.
SPG – Shannon Cataldo rippeds a two-out RBI single in the bottom of
the seventh to score Amanda Drawe for the tie-breaking run in the Eagles' come-from-behind win.
SPG – Cataldo and Jamie Lee Basinger (two doubles) each had two hits;
Drawe added a two-run double.

GIRLS TENNIS:
Hernando County Championship Tourney
Central, Hernando, Nature Coast, Springstead at Delta Woods Park
NCT clinches fifth annual meet with 12 points, followed by
Central (4), Hernando (3) and Springstead (0).
