This is a farewell letter to Maurea Sleesman, Hernando Today correspondent who has retired.
St. Paul's Catholic Apostolic Church is happy you will be with your Republican husband playing Super Scrabble and feeding Queen Ginny with fresh redfish while watching a beautiful Florida sunset.
Ah! But before you leave entirely, we would like you to know that we are starting our age-appropriate Catechism classes on May 3. All God's children are welcome. On Easter day, we are serving the New Beginnings shelter an Easter dinner for children, starting with an Easter egg hunt to a bunny cake and all that is good in between.
Our servers for this special day will be Bill and Roz Thomas, and Gerry and Shirley Miller. All foods and colored eggs are donated by our Parish members ( a big thanks to all of them).
We are a small and caring Parish that meets in the fellowship hall of United Church of Christ, 4244 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill. All believers are welcome at Our Lord's table.
Father James Marsh is the Reverend.
Maurea, You truly will be missed.
Bill Thomas
