The nut who holds the wheel to blame

Loved Fred Peters' letter of June 11 about the Ford products being unsafe on the roads (directional signals). What about cell phones, breast feeding?
My spouse and I both have driven Ford products about 60 years. I checked online about the signals, no recalls on directional signals.
Whatever the make of the auto, sometimes it is the nut that holds the wheel that is to blame. Wouldn't you agree?
Sheriff Nugent, please have all your employees who drive make it mandatory that they all check safety signals every day. We do so almost on an everyday basis.
A lot of citizens in plain cars drive Fords and other makes are also to blame.
