Donna Josephine Joblonicky, 56, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, July 5, at HPH Care Center, Brooksville. She was born in Yonkers, New York.
Mrs. Joblonicky was a nurse practitioner for nursing homes.
Survivors include her husband, Bruce; a son, Jeff Mitchell; two sisters, Beverly Soares and Grace Chalon; and two grandsons.
Arrangements by Downing Funeral Home, Spring Hill.

Jean D. Gerndt, 85, of Spring Hill, died Friday, July 17, at Heartland of Brooksville. She was born in Sioux City, Iowa, and moved to this area 25 years ago from Frankfort, Ill.
Mrs. Gerndt was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith.
Survivors include four sons, Robert Gardner of West Jordan, Utah, Barton Gardner of Dayton, Ohio, Steven Gardner of Spring Hill and Ted Gerndt of Loda, Ill.; a daughter, Michelle Aiken of Independence, Mo.; a brother, Mearl LeVasseur of Spring Hill; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
