I just read John Reiniers column titled, "Private sector can't afford public sector employees."
It is full of the most frightening information regarding the financial condition of our country I have read to date.
I thought that President Obama's monumental and abjectly wasteful 'TARP,' 'bailout' and 'stimulus' spending spree was our most serious problem, but no, it is labor unions; public sector unions as Reiniers states and he provides the statistics to substantiate his theme.
And the fault lies entirely at the feet of politicians, be they national or local, who have voted time and time again in favor of more and more labor union largesse to gain their votes.
I was truly stunned by the figures that Reiniers quotes in his piece.
I urge everyone to get a copy of the article and read it... and weep for our country.
To say our nation is "broke" is but the mildest of statements to describe our plight!
