Unitarian Universalist Church To Present Concert

As part of its 20th anniversary celebration, the Unitarian Universalist Church in the Pines will present a concert titled "Love Songs and Chopin" at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 8, in the Brooksville Woman's Club building, 131 S. Main St. (one block south of the courthouse), Brooksville.
Jody Bowes, music and youth director at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, will sing and play piano. Timothy P. Howsare, community news editor at Hernando Today, will perform solo piano and accompany Bowes on several songs.
Donations will be accepted for the Healthy Families Program, which teaches parenting skills and offers resources and help for young families.
