Candlelite Fitness Offers Water Aerobics

BROOKSVILLE - Candlelite Fitness Center in Brooksville offers water aerobics classes in its heated pool from 10 to 11 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 11 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays; and 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursday. The day classes are free for members and the evening classes are $2 for members. All classes for nonmembers are $5. Water aerobics promotes strength and cardiovascular fitness while reducing the risk of muscle or joint injury by supporting the body with the buoyancy of water.
