Man jailed on charges of providing obscene material to minor

BROOKSVILLE - Deputies say a man gave a girl a CD containing photographs of him masturbating.

It's also alleged that 46-year-old John Kalisz masturbated inside the victim's bedroom window on two or three occasions while the victim stood outside, according to an affidavit.

The 17-year-old victim reported the incidents to authorities in December after Kalisz's last visit to her home. On Dec. 23, Kalisz admitted to providing the photos to the victim during a controlled phone call, an affidavit states.

Kalisz was also arrested Sunday on a warrant that states he held a six-inch knife three or four inches from the stomach of a separate victim. That victim asked Kalisz to put the knife away because it made him feel uncomfortable, but Kalisz reportedly replied he "did not care how the victim felt," an affidavit states.

Collectively, Kalisz was taken to the county jail on charges of aggravated assault and providing obscene material to a minor.
