Arella Ann "Lann" Bradburn, 75, of Brooksville, died Saturday, Aug. 22. She was a lifelong resident of Brooksville, having been a fourth generation Brooksvillian.
Mrs. Bradburn graduated from Hernando High School in 1952, attended Florida State University and served 30 years with the Hernando County Tax Collector's office, creating the county's first occupational license system. She was a founding member of Brooksville's Order of Rainbow for Girls, a Past Worthy Matron of Order of Eastern Star, Brooksville Chapter No. 76, and was Grand Representative to the State of Michigan.
Survivors include a son, Robert Tristram Bradburn of Brooksville; three daughters, Beverly Bradburn and Faith Bradburn Keller, both of Sarasota, and Lara Bradburn of Brooksville; a sister, Gail Samples of Brooksville; and six grandchildren.
