SPRING HILL - Deputies say they found a holstered knife within easy reach of a driver who refused to keep his hands in sight.
The driver, Luis Delgado, was pulled over Tuesday on Spring Hill Drive after a deputy noticed Delgado's car did not have working taillights, a report states.
The deputy said Delgado was acting "extremely fidgety" and wouldn't show his hands, so the deputy demanded he step out of the car, a report shows. Delgado still refused, so the deputy opened the door and again ordered him out.
At that point, the deputy noticed the knife in the driver's side door panel, so he arrested Delgado, 21, on a charge of possession of a concealed weapon. A search of Delgado's pockets reportedly turned up three grams of marijuana and four Xanax pills, so he was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
