United Way sponsors Stuff the Bus drive

United Way of Hernando County will sponsor its third annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive for the county's teachers from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday, Aug. 14-16. Residents are encouraged to drop off school supplies or gift cards at one of the following bus locations.

•Staples, 4210 Commercial Way, Spring Hill

•Publix at Seven Hills, 160 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill

•Publix at Mariner Commons, 4158 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill

•Publix at Barclay, 14371 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill

•Publix at Glen Lakes, 9595 Commercial Way, Weeki Wachee

•Wal-Mart Supercenter, 1485 Commercial Way, Spring Hill

• Wal-Mart Supercenter, 13300 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville

•Wal-Mart Supercenter, 7305 Broad St., Brooksville

The communitywide effort will provide supplies to the teachers and their classrooms, so the primary focus will be on the children. All donations will remain in Hernando County. For more information, visit www.unitedwayhernando.net or call 352-688-2026.
