BROOKSVILLE - Two men drove from Manatee County to the Wal-Mart on Broad Street Wednesday on the belief they were going to illegally buy 150 grams of the painkiller oxycodone.
After exchanging $100 and 10 Ecstasy pills for 100 pills of oxycodone, however, they discovered it was a set up and were immediately arrested by the undercover detective, according to the Brooksville Police Department.
Charged with conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone are Johnny Lee Smith Jr., 20, of Bradenton, and Alexander Williams, 21, of Palmetto.
