Boris "Buddy Max" Pastuch, 80, of Lecanto, formerly of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Sept. 17.
Mr. Pastuch was born in New York, N.Y., and moved to Florida 53 years ago from New Jersey.
Survivors include his sister, Rafaella Gorka; three nieces; and two nephews.
Arrangements by Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Seven Hills Chapel, Spring Hill.
Ellen Otten, 81, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 21, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Staten Island, N.Y., and moved to this area 10 years ago from Staten Island.
Mrs. Otten was a schoolteacher, a member of Order of the Eastern Star for 50 years where she was a DGL and served as Matron four times, and was a nurse cadet in World War II.
Survivors include her husband, Louis; three daughters, Janith Gottfried of Springfield, N.J., Daryl Zito of Spring Hill and Karyn Valentino of Staten Island; a sister, Gerda Cooke of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Louis T. Pascoe Jr., 70, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 21, at his home. He was born in Putnam, Conn., and moved to this area 18 years ago from Ashland, Mass.
Mr. Pascoe was a retired paint inspector for General Motors and a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Olga; two sons, Christopher T. Pascoe and Stephen B. Pascoe; two sisters, Deborah Herard and Nancy Pelletier; and two grandchildren.
