2008 Hernando County Athletic Conference Girls Volleyball Varsity-Junior Varsity Recap (thru 09-22)

Fox Chapel eighth-graders Halie Workmeister (6) and Marissa Welch help defend on this play against the defending county champions from Challenger K-8 Monday night in Spring Hill. Though Werkmeister and Welch combined for 21 service points, the visiting Naivigators tamed the Tigers in three sets, 20-25, 25-21, 15-8. Both Challenger and Fox Chapel are now tied for first place at 6-1 with three matches remaining.
