Fees, fees, fees.
Gee, can't wait to go to the park and read advertisements. It's like the fun of walking nature trails and running into beer cans. Well, I guess that's "ads" also.
Pay the potential layoffs, either by cutting a couple of hours off the rest of employees or who gets the dollars from all the (in my eyes) graffiti.
I just reread the concessions. Hmm. Concessions - sounds like walking into a circus. All we need are clowns.
I can't figure out where the line "Folks, we've got to draw the line somewhere" comes from.
So, $15,000 - who gets that? Why not "bus" young lawbreakers there instead of jail. A nice pretty red ankle bracelet, bling bling. Pay them so they can pay users fees for buses and parks. There are so many other ways to find dollars that don't put more burdens on us.
Our local government is sounding more like D.C. daily; well, all the time.
If I had to sit in jail, I would gladly clean the parks and restrooms.
I can go on and on, as I'm sure you've seen my past opinions.
Oh, just another idea to "serve the people." Take $5 of all employed in our government every payday and pay for parks and THE Bus. That's a lot for us minions but a drop in the old bucket for our "bosses." Cut $5 off and hurt no one's pocket.
That's all I'm saying.
