Martha E. Thomas, 86, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She moved to this area 53 years ago from her native Pottstown, Pa.
Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Chester A.; two daughters, Judith Yates and Cindi Miller, both of Spring Hill; a sister, Evelyn Binder Williams of Gilbertsville, Pa.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Arrangements by Turner Funeral & Cremation Center, U.S. 19 Chapel, Spring Hill.

John Rizzo, 66, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Oct. 3, at home. He was born in Malta, N.Y., and moved to this area four years ago from New York.
Mr. Rizzo was a warehouse forklift operator for slant/fin boiler manufacturing and was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Susan; two sons, Aaron Hagen and Joshua Hagen, both of Spring Hill; three daughters, Cynthia Negron and Cynthia M. Sucrez, both of Florida, and Laura Rizzo of New York; his mother, Lora of New York; two brothers, Charlie Rizzo and Frank Rizzo, both of New York; three sisters, Doris, Connie and Jessie, all of New York; and three grandchildren.
