Lyle F. Finley, 87, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, at his home. He was born in Scottville, Mich., and moved to this area 25 years ago from Wilmington, N.C.
Mr. Finley was a chemical operator for Dupont Manufacturing, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the VFW in Custer, Mich., and First United Methodist Church in Michigan.
Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline; five sons, Terry and Robert, both of Wilmington, Allison of Cyprus, Texas, Bruce Wilke Jr. of Raleigh, N.C., and Donald Finley; a daughter, Arletta Morgan of Burgaw, N.C.; a sister, Jane Huss of Muskegon, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
