Stephen M. Jones Jr., 43, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, May 27. He was born in New Brunswick, N.J., and moved to this area 14 years ago from West Windsor, N.J.

Mr. Jones was owner of I-Hook Towing in Brooksville.

Survivors include his wife, Michele L.; his father, Stephen M. Jones Sr. and his mother, Doris R. Jones of Brooksville; two sons, Sean E. Fink and Stephen M. Jones III, both of Brooksville; two daughters, Melissa M. Fink and Stephanie M. Jones, both of Brooksville; three brothers, Michael J. Jones of Jackson, N.J., Christopher D. Jones of Orlando and Donald W. Jones of Brooksville; and two sisters, Pamela D. Back of Inverness and Melanie A. Cawley of Iselin, N.J.

Arrangements by Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel.

Helen Wickowski, 79, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, May 27, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Garfield, N.J., and moved to this area 20 years ago.

Mrs. Wickowski was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Randy of Lawrenceville, Ga.; a daughter, Diane Wickowski of Long Beach, Calif.; a sister, Lily Knapp of Toms River, N.J.; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.

Levy Oliver Jones, 93, of Brooksville, died Friday, May 23, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. He was born in Glensville, Ga., and moved to this area 73 years ago.

Mr. Jones was a retired truck driver and a member of Holy Band DT Church.

Survivors include two sons, Allen Jones of Brooksville and Phillip Jones of Sparr; a daughter, Mary Larry of Spring Hill; two sisters, Bertha Hilton of Walterboro, S.C., and Ella Mae Parrish of New Jersey; 16 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Ophelia Goldwire, 94, of Spring Hill, died Monday, May 26, at her home. She was born in Savannah, Ga., and moved to this area 13 years ago from New York, N.Y.

Mrs. Goldwire was a retired home health aide and a member of Spring Hill Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include a son, Frank Goldwire of Mt. Vernon, N.Y.; two daughters, Gladys DeGuzman and Minnie Goldwire, both of Spring Hill; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
