BROOKSVILLE - Planning and zoning commissioners at their Monday meeting will consider a request from a developer to build 500 homes just south of State Road 50, between Interstate 75 and Lockhart Road.
Planning staffers are recommending approval of the development, to be called Trilby Crossing.
Also Monday, planning board members will discuss plans for new residential developments along the west side of Croom Road in Brooksville and along U.S. 19, west of Broadbill Court.
The public will be able to comment on these and other agenda items. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. Monday at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main St. in downtown Brooksville.
