Philip L. Gwynn, 84, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, May 6, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
Mr. Gwynn was a chiropractor for over 40 years in St. Petersburg. He was past president of the Optimist Club and the Exchange Club. He was a tenured professor at Los Angeles Chiropractic College and a World War II U.S. Army Air Corp Medical Division veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; five children, Dana Gwynn Bieff, Paula Gwynn, Carolee Wynia, Leslie Sherman and Geoff Stone; a brother, Dr. Robert Gwynn; and two grandchildren.

Viola Mary Chinnici, 87, of New Port Richey, formerly of Spring Hill, died Monday, May 5, at her home. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to this area six years ago from Queens, New York.
Mrs. Chinnici was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Peter; and a daughter, Patricia.

Ann Przybylowski, 80, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, May 7, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Jersey City, N.J., and moved to this area 20 years ago.
Mrs. Przybylowski retired as an administrative assistant for the RCA Corporation in Harrison, N.J.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur; a son, Mark of Verona; two sisters, Marie Farrell and Josephine Campo; and a granddaughter.

Reverend John P. McDowell, 67, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, May 7, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. He moved to this area 25 years ago from his native Lemoyne, Pa.
Rev. McDowell retired after 23 years as minister with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, ministering in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida. He was a former volunteer fireman for 27 years in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida, and a member of the Ground Observer Corps, Harrisburg, Pa., and Nativity Lutheran Church, Weeki Wachee.
Survivors include his wife, Lois E.; a son, David B. McDowell of Holiday; a daughter, Marie E. McClung of Valdosta, Ga.; and five grandchildren.

Maryellen G. Howard, 64, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, May 7, at her home. She was born in Staten Island, New York, and moved to this area five years ago from Bordentown, N.J.
Ms. Howard retired after 17 years as an office administrator for the State of New Jersey.
Survivors include two cousins, Frederick and Kathy Eagle of Spring Hill.

Antonio J. Tavares, 86, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, May 6, at the Hudson Hospice Care Center. He was born in Murtosa, Portugal, and moved to this area 26 years ago from Naugatuck, Conn.
Mr. Tavares was a Catholic by faith and attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Vanda; a son, Vilmar F. of Spring Hill; a daughter, Rosaura T. daSilva of Windsor, Conn.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
