Doris Leona Roe, 86, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, June 15, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Rushville, Ind., and moved to this area 29 years ago from Rushville.
Mrs. Roe was a homemaker, attended the Weeki Wachee Senior Citizens Club and was a member of First Baptist Church of Weeki Wachee. She crocheted and embroidered items that she donated to several local groups.
Survivors include her stepdaughter, Eileen Rutledge of Spring Hill; a sister, Martha Meer of Rushville; a brother, Paul Gallimore of Rushville; five grandchildren; a niece; and a nephew.

John E. Dolenc, 83, of Spring Hill, died Monday, June 16, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice House, Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville. He was born in Presto, Pa., and moved to this area 31 years ago from Oakdale, Pa.
Mr. Dolenc was a retired chemical lab technician for Universal Cyclops Steel Company, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two daughters, Pamela Prunty of Spring Hill and Cheryl Lane of Hoschoton, Ga.; a brother, Richard Dolenc of Oakdale, Pa.; a sister, Marion Mueller of Canton, Ohio; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Vada D. Greenleaf, 81, of Spring Hill, died Monday, June 16, at her home. She was born in Grand Rapids, Mich., and moved to this area 25 years ago from Linden, N.J.
Mrs. Greenleaf was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and the St. Theresa Catholic Church prayer group.
Survivors include three children, Gale Greenleaf of Brick, N.J., Charlene Czapek of St. Augustine and Scott Greenleaf of Spring Hill; three sisters, Patty, Jean and Elaine; and four grandchildren.

Paul Joseph Testa Jr., 64, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, June 15, at his home. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to this area recently from Long Island, New York.
Mr. Testa was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Yovino of New York; a sister, Toni Magee of Spring Hill; and four grandchildren.

James Obie Dixon Jr., 70, of Brooksville, died Monday, June 16, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Thomaston, Ga., and moved to this area 10 years ago from Gulf Breeze.
Mr. Dixon was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served on a submarine.
Survivors include his son, James Obie Dixon III of Mandeville, La.; his stepmother, Jewel Dixon; two sisters, Linda Seymore and Gwen Dixon; and a brother, Britt Dixon.
