Dana Marie Lyons, 20, of Brooksville, died Monday, June 9. She moved to this area four years ago from her native Norfolk, Va.
Ms. Lyons attended Springstead High School, Spring Hill, and was a Christian by faith.
Survivors include her son, Owen Lyons of Brooksville; her mother, Bonnie Norman of Brooksville; her father, Dane Highfield of Norfolk; her stepfather, Robert J. Askew of Brooksville; maternal grandparents, Sarah and Kenneth Lyons of Brooksville; and three sisters, Kristin Lyons and Sarah Norman, both of Brooksville, and Raven of North Carolina.

Dorothy McCoskey, 64, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, June 10, at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Roosevelt, N.Y., and moved to this area 19 years ago from Massapequa, N.Y.
Mrs. McCoskey was a homemaker and an Episcopalian by faith.
Survivors include her husband, John; and a son, Richard McCoskey of Spring Hill.

Mildred M. Gross, 70, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, June 10, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Farmington, Mich., and moved to this area four years ago from Michigan.
Mrs. Gross was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Victoria Ferrar of Spring Hill; a son, David Gross of Indian River, Mich.; a brother, William Martin of Port St. Lucie; and three grandchildren.

Nina Brozie, 80, died Monday, June 9.
Survivors include two daughters, Doreen Cornelius of Spring Hill and Cynthia Stira of Durham, Conn.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Edna M. Johnson, 71, of Brooksville, died Monday, June 9, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Hinton, W.Va., and moved to this area eight years ago from Newburn, N.C.
Mrs. Johnson was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include her son, Chris Skar; a brother, Earnest Charlton; two sisters, Ruby Hazivasilik and Dorothy Toungett; and two grandchildren.

Charles J. "Charlie" Dick Jr., 58, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, June 10, at his home. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 19 years ago from Brentwood, N.Y.
Mr. Dick was a professor of Anatomy and Physiology. He was a member of the Alabama Alumni Association and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Janet; two sons, Brian Dick and Gregory Dick, both of Spring Hill; a daughter, Marybeth Dick of Spring Hill; and a granddaughter.

Elva L. Sommer, 87, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, June 10, at the Hernando-Pasco Hospice Hudson Care Center. She moved to this area 15 years ago from her native Dundee, Mich.
Mrs. Sommer retired as cafeteria manager at Dundee High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Spring Hill and its Women's Missionary Union.
Survivors include her husband, Louis; a son, Thomas of Inverness; a daughter, Betty Trousdale of Murphy, Texas; a sister, June Dudley of Port Richey; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Carmen H. Prim, 89, of Camden, Ohio, formerly of Brooksville, died Wednesday, June 11, at Lifecare of Dayton.
Mrs. Prim was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and received her U.S. Citizenship 30 years ago.
Survivors include three stepsons, James Prim of Delaware, Timothy Prim of California and Jack Prim of Delaware, Ohio; three stepdaughters, Billie Snow of California, Shirley Proffitt of Tennessee and Peggy Lowman of Camden; a brother, Salvador Herrera of Mexico City; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
