Robert J. Farrell, 86, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Dec. 21.
Mr. Farrell was born in Cleveland, Ohio and came here in 1985 from Hudson, Ohio.
He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. He was a retired senior staff engineer of the Austin Company, a senior member of The Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers, and a fellow of the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry.
Mr. Farrell served in the Pacific on the USS Denver as its "E" Division Officer.
Survivors include Ralph and Joyce Farrell of Blanchardville, Wis.; Richard Farrell of Plant City; Jeanne Ann Farrell of Bradenton; and five grandchildren.
