James Henry Hines, 68, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, in Brooksville. He was born in Worcester, Mass., and moved to this area three years ago from Barrington, R.I.
Mr. Hines retired from Shell Oil Company as a distribution supervisor. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, a member of the Hernando Computer Club, and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Gail; three sons, Michael Hines of North Attleboro, R.I., Patrick Hines of Barrington and Sean Hines of Stowe, Vt.; two daughters, Deborah Hines of Cranston, R.I., and Jennifer Theroux of Barrington; two sisters, Grace Sweet and Patricia Hennebry; and five grandchildren.
Arrangements by Turner Funeral Homes, Spring Hill Chapel.

William Schaper, 85, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Dec. 11, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Ridgewood, N.J., and moved to this area 22 years ago from Westwood, N.J.
Mr. Schaper was a dairy farmer and a Christian by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor M.; two sons, William Schaper Jr. of Walden, N.Y., and Jacob Schaper of Mesa, Ariz.; a daughter, Bonnie Conklin of Tuxedo, N.Y.; a brother, Rhine Schaper of Walden; a sister, Jennie Boyce of Port Orange; seven grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren.

Donnie J. Cude, 84, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, at New Port Inn, New Port Richey. He was born in Shreveport, La., and moved to this area seven years ago from Shreveport, La.
Mr. Cude was a truck driver for TG&Y/Ferns Trucking and a member of the VFW.
He is survived by his wife, Betty.
