Felicita Serrano Oquendo, 80, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Dec. 7, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, and moved to this area two years ago.
Mrs. Oquendo was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Medina of Spring Hill; two sons, Manuel Medina of Reisterstown, Md., and Eddie Medina of Hanover, Md.; a sister, Ada Serrano of Aguas Buenas; two brothers, Monchito Serrano of Spring Hill and Jose Luis Serrano of Aguas Buenas; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Mark Goff, 53, of Brooksville, died Thursday, Dec. 4, at Hospice. He was born in Tampa and moved to this area 46 years ago.
Mr. Goff was a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy; a son, J.D. of Brooksville; a daughter, Jamie Goff of Brooksville; two sisters, Debbie Hogan of Bushnell and Ann Daugherty of Terry Town; two brothers, Forrest Goff of Brooksville and Gene Goff of Seffner; and five grandchildren.

Susan Desiree Price, 53, of Brooksville, died Thursday, Dec. 4. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to this area 30 years ago from Burlington, N.J.
Mrs. Price was a waitress for 22 years at Greens Restaurant and later at Frankie's Restaurant for eight years, both in downtown Brooksville. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons, Gordon and Robby Price, both of Brooksville; a daughter, Desiree Jones of Spring Hill; five brothers, John W. Foote of Shelbyville, Ky., Frederick G. Foote of Willingboro, N.J., Steven K. Foote of Tampa, Gregory T. Foote of Norfolk, Va., and William B. Foote of Okinawa, Japan; a sister, Cora Lee Crandall of Brooksville; and five grandchildren.

Robert X. Richardson, 78, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Dec. 8. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 21 years ago from Queens, N.Y.
Mr. Richardson was a retired salesman and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; a stepson, Christopher Cronin of Spring Hill; two sisters, Marian Wypiski of Northport, Long Island, N.Y., and Sharon Benvegnia of Whitestone, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.

Evelyn J. Parsons, 80, died Thursday, Dec. 4.
Mrs. Parsons was born in Canada and moved to Florida 30 years ago.
Survivors include a daughter, Gale Burns of Brooksville; a son, Kenneth Parsons of St. James, N.Y.; a brother, Norman McCuaig of Canada; a sister, Marg Mackin of Montana; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
