Elks Lodge To Host New Year's Eve Party

ROOKSVILLE - Elks Lodge 2582 will hold its annual New Year's Eve party Monday, Dec. 31, at the Lodge located at 14494 Cortez Blvd. Hors d'oeuvres will be available from 6 to 7 p.m. plus an open bar will be featured from 6 p.m. to closing.

Dinner will include a choice of prime rib or Italian chicken with twice baked potato, sugar snap peas, hot rolls and ice cream with cherries jubilee. At midnight, a champagne toast, and coffee and rolls will be offered.

The event is semi-formal, and jackets are required. Music for dancing will be provided by Vic Thompkins and his band. The cost is $40 per person; and reservations must be made and paid for by Saturday, Dec. 22.

Hernando Beach Yacht Club To Host New Year's Eve With Elvis

HERNANDO BEACH - Hernando Beach Yacht Club will celebrate New Year's Eve with Elvis Monday, Dec. 31, at the Yacht Club located at 4163 Shoal Line Blvd., Hernando Beach.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. The dinner will be filet minion and lobster, and appetizers will be served at 6:30 p.m. Party favors, an Elvis show and champagne toast at midnight will be featured. The cost is $50 per person and includes dinner and dancing.
