Bay Area Air Conditioning & Heating named sweepstakes winner

North American Technician Excellence (NATE), the nation's largest non-profit certification organization for HVACR technicians, has named local contractor Bay Area Air Conditioning & Heating of Crystal River as the latest winner in its "Showcase Your NATE" Sweepstakes.

Dee Mahler-Castillo, marketing manager for the local company, submitted the winning entry, earning the company a $1,000 prize that can be used toward local advertising and NATE promotional materials.

The sweepstakes is designed to reward qualified HVACR contractors for informing consumers that their technicians have gone through voluntary testing to obtain certification from NATE. By passing nationally recognized tests and becoming NATE-certified, a technician verifies that they possess the skills and knowledge to perform at the highest industry standards.

To demonstrate the various ways they showcase their NATE-certified technicians, the Bay Area team submitted examples of their marketing collateral, company website and technician lanyards that prominently feature NATE. Their entry was randomly selected from the numerous submissions received from contractors throughout the country.
